Bring in a bit of Compassion to Self




 Acceptance and Compassion -

Focus less on the negative and more on the  positive; 
Be less critical and let our real selves stay longer a bit. 
Try not to always control and just let things be. 
Stand outside the right/wrong binary and go, 'this is how it is and it's ok.' 

We can certainly bring compassion to the self by starting small. 

I was inspired to capture this moment as I was in a park. 
I took off my shoes to let myself immerged in the carefree spiritual moments. 
And then I realize that I am so used to wearing shoes all the time whenever I am out, and I have missed out many moments when I can just go barefoot and let my feet feel the soft ray of sunshine. 

I find that getting in touch with nature allows our open up to acceptance and compassion.
We let out our free spirits, curiosity, deep reflection...

Take off our package a bit sometimes. Experience with curiosity.
